The outcome of the case of Tom Robinson

Even though Atticus tried his hardest to prove that Tom was innocent, the jury still found him guilty. Tom had been moved to a different jail because of this. While trying to escape, because he was innocent, he was shot seventeen times and killed. Bob had been caught following Helen, Toms wife, and told to leave that poor woman alone. It turned out that he had to find a job, and blamed this on Atticus. Because of this, he found and threatened Atticus, and this worried Scout and Jem very much.

How Judge Taylor can tell that Mayella and Bob are lying

He can tell that these two people are lying because of the Mayella sweats, and stumbles over words. He can tell that she feels guilty about doing this to Tom, but that if she doesn't then her father will beat her again. Bob is just plain lying, and he can tell because of the proof that Atticus and Tom gives and their thoughts about what has happened. Atticus is very well worded and he is very much attempting to prove that Tom is not guilty because of how much feeling he is giving in his thoughts and how much he is sweating.

Judge Taylor's feelings about Tom Robinson are that he is not gulity. He can tell that Mayella and Bob Ewell are lying by their body language. Another reason that he believes Tom is not gulity is by the fact that he gave this case to Atticus, and he knows that Atticus is one of the best lawyers he knows, and he believes that Atticus can prove that Tom is not guilty.
